Auditing and the New Normal
The Motor Parts plant at Lehmann was one of the first companies in the country to have successfully passed a full remote recertification audit for ISO 9001:2015, performed by agents from the Argentine Standardization Body (IRAM).
Due to the Covid-19 crisis, the audit was conducted remotely through a series of virtual meetings and the use of smartphones to tour the plant, carry out interviews, review records, and gather evidence. The audit took place on July 29-30 and was performed by two auditors.Motor Parts recertifies ISO 9001:2005.
